No, you have to pay out of pocket. If they reclassified it to Schedule II, then the insurance could pay for it.
There is a 10% discount for Medicare patients. They do not bill Medicare though. From their Website: "CAN I GET FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OR DISCOUNTS? The State of Delaware’s Medical Marijuana program offers a sliding payment scale for patients who demonstrate financial needs. For more information, contact the department here. FSCC offers discounts for medicine to qualifying low income patients, veterans and seniors. For seniors, a valid State ID will be required (65 or older); for low qualifying income, a Medicaid or Medicare card or EBT card with patient name will be required; and for Veterans, a VA card is required."
