The short answer is yes. I'm just not sure why you'd want to. Brennan's is a high end restaurant. Not really conducive for small children/babies, unless you know for sure the child will behave, not cry or throw temper tantrums. Personally I'd save this place for older kids like teenagers. I'm not sure about the "walk in" part. I'd check with the restaurant first especially if you're bringing a baby who might get a little antsy if you have a long wait.

Depend on babies if they're quite or in happy mood. We had experience that guests were feeling uncomfortable when my friends daughters was running, walking around them.
