Amy and Lupita are the worst loan officers. Not only I was lied too, I have an email in writing that proves other wise. Amy and Lupita very unprofessional. I called looking for Amy and was told she was at lunch mind you this was 1:30. Was told she would return in 20min. Called back she was still at lunch and was told she would be back in a few min. I was put on hold for another 20min by Lupita. I had to hang up and call again. After I called the 3rd time now Lupita said that Amy was “working my situation to get my car out of repo” and again was put on hold for another 40min. Not until 45min later Amy called me back to speak to me. She told me that was that “they didn’t know the repo” people service they contract have a detention Fee. Someone that works in a loan office for a while said they didn’t know. You’re kidding me right?? Mind you all this is on a recorded line, so all we have to do is go back to the recorded line. But the point is that Amy failed to mention that I would have to pay a detention fee. She said that her “manager sent the email from her email” also on a recorded line. Which she said she didn’t send, but came from her email. Now she said I’m being charged the fee on the error on their part and to be added to my Loan. She is the worst loan officer I’ve delt with. Unprofessional and a liar. I have the phone calls and emails to prove it.

I truly hate the operation of this credit union. My credit union merged with Space City and trying to get assistance over the phone is ridiculous. There are layers of prompts and then it takes another 15 minutes before someone answers. Once they answer you spend 5 minutes or more trying to get them to understand why you are calling.My last encounter I asked for a letter for my account, she asked was I a member. They need to go back to having each branch answering their own calls. I have never in the 15 years in being with the Clute office had any issues, when I call. Calling is so bad I always have to go into the office.

I used to have all my personal and business banking needs with a known bank and never felt welcome. At Space City CU I feel welcomed every single time me and my wife step into the bank. They Always make sure everything looks good in the accounts and always answer all my questions. From the Teller line to Member services everyone is great. Riley, Eddie and Laura are very knowledgeable in their departments and always go out of their way to help. Thank You Space City and Staff my Family and I appreciate your hard work.

Yes you can. They have over night slot on the right side of the bank. They have envelopes to place your information and so you can seal your deposit. They normally get deposited first thing the next business day.
