All of the amenity areas are gated or locked; pool, fitness center and clubhouse which can only be accessed by residents. The townhome area is not gated and there is a 24 hour call center
This is not a gated community. Anyone can come and go freely and there is limited security present when they are here, which is only outside of the office's business hours. You might see police cars patrol every now and then, but it doesn't stop residents, their guests, and random community visitors from causing a commotion. Not sure if maintenance is 24 hours, but they resolve issues in a timely manner.
Thank you for your reply. I emailed & got a quick call back. I will be touring tomorrow. I have high expectations, however the low income part makes me a little nervous, we'll see though. The townhomes seem to be what I'm looking for.

It's gated but not secured. Within the last 10 months my car has been broken into as well as over 20 others over the summer months alone. Surveillance cameras are in place but that does absolutely NO good as far as deterring thieves.
