This place needs a good power washing. The walls in the hall and in front of people's doors is very gross. I don't understand why people are not complaing. This is not inviting to me. Thank God I was just doing a quick visit. Let's do better!!!

I wanted to lease an apartment in this place. They only accept applications in person. Applied to the waiting list online. The guy, Jonathan, said to come and apply in person. I live 5 hours away from Houston. I asked my friend to go and fill out the application. Jonathan gave my friend one page, and he filled it when I asked numerous times if I will need to fill out the 20-page application that he was talking about. Today, I had a call with the property manager and now there is no apartment that I was looking for. Spend more than a month to lease this place. As a local guide and google verified public figure, this place is a big NO for me. Might be god wants me to check something else. Thank you in advance for the unprofessionalism and for wasting my time.

I lived here since the complex first opened (five and years).For the most, the service and resident accommodations have been great. No problems with service request and the staff is always polite and helpful. My concern pertains to vehicle safety and resident adherence to fireworks regulations . During past holidays, some residents ignite fireworks with impunity. We are in a dry state and with the forthcoming July 4 holiday this behavior could result in a catastrophic event. There should be monitoring during the weekend. My next concern relates to excessive and unregulated vehicle traffic. On several occasions. I've witnessed near misses when motor vehicles almost hit children in the streets of the townhouse complex. Speed bumps and ingress/egress gates are badly needed. Twice. I was nearly struck going from my unit to the mailbox . Continuing to ignore these conditions will ultimately lead to a severe injury/incident.

Yes, I believe so. They are finalizing construction it may become gated. There is 24 hour maintenance and they do have security. Yes, the property is Low Income Housing Tax Credit. You should Schedule Tour. I promise you will not be disappointed.

There are about 4 sets of apartments in walking distance. At least 2 accept HUD.
Yes they do;; but, still come by and get on the waiting list. I'm a new resident as of January and my experience has been great!!!
The move in date consistently changes due to failure to complete construction. I applied summer of 2016 and did not move in until December after I was given earlier move in dates.

Go into leasing office to fill out application...also come with seperate money order. One is for the deposit and the other is for the application fee. Also, might want to print out past 4 check stubbs

No they do check your income..but I was approved for market rate rent. back in 2017 but they never finished project..The market rate went up after June2017.I got my deposit back
That's because it's first come first served and all the low income units have been filled. It's starts at $301 and up from there at 30%,60%, and market rate.
