The worst bank ever and they don't listen. When someone have POA over a Severe dementia parent wouldn't you think to call that person and get an okay for the account. They give him temp cards and the person who continues to do this her name is Ebony Nelson. They have all the paperwork and your still allowing him to get a card and overdraft the account to where when he gets his SSI he doesn't have anything. I'm his daughter who has POA over my dementia parent and they don't do courtesy calls. They do whatever they want and they act like they care but to be honest they don't. The name should be First Inconvenience bank
