I'm just a customer; I don't work there. I think state law requires you to be at least 16 years of age. I don't know Aldi's policy. They sure do get a lot done with a minimal number of employees, though.

One of the ways Aldi can offer the kind of price/quality value they offer is by streamlining and cutting other services and reducing the workforce to the maximum. So nobody will pick up your kart all over the parking lot for you, items are installed on the shelves in their original boxes when possible, no one will bag your stuff for you, and no one will pick the phone to give info that is on their website as well. Efficiency is what makes this business model possible.

When you go into the store there is always a weekly ad. Not necessarily specials, but weekly sales.
