I bought a car from there on Feb 2018, paid cash, still no plates and title, it is now April 2019. Filed a complaint with BBB, Joel doesn't respond to BBB so case is closed within 24 hrs. What good is BBB if they close a case because the dealership doesn't respond! Plus he has you sign an arbitration agreement when you buy so you can't sue. Filed a complaint with TXDVM 6 months later I find out he has done this to numerous people but they can't even help me get my title and plates. He is rude and unhelpfully in every aspect. The only answer he will give you is "I don't know" How do you do business when you do t know a damn thing? Lesson learned I guess. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Has jjj shown up on any of your credit score saying you owe? They just popped up on mine when I asked them to pick the car up because the car I purchased from them check engine light appears the same day of purchase literally within that same hour as I’m headed home.. and the car completely stopped working it was a 2006 Nissan Xterra and the car had been stolen is what a mechanic informed us!!!
Everybody is having the same issue. Bought my car in January and still no tags or anything. They lied to me saying that they were sending them in the mail and still nothing. Something needs to be done about this place ASAP.
