If you have a valid complaint go to TxDMV.GOV and file a complaint. That way something can be done about them. That place needs to be shut down. Also make complaints to the Better Business Bureau. Everyone has the same complaint about them.

Seriously because I have yet to get my title and it’s been almost a year , the guy been bs me for the longest, I just called him July 3rd he said he had my title and could bring it, bu the 5th all there lines have been disconnected
