I’ve had my car for months and I still haven’t received my hard plates. They just keep giving me a paper tag every month. I’ve never missed or been late with a payment, but the moment I find myself in the hospital I come outside to my car being already taken. Then I call to ask questions only to be hung up on and ignored. Very unprofessional individuals.

I put 800 down on a 1999 Escalade made a promise to pay,. before my payment date they took it back I didn't have the vehicle 12 days,.they said if iIwanted it back it would cost me 1,160 ,. I'm trying to sue ,.but right after they took the vehicle back they moved to a different location!

I bought a car from there on Feb 2018, paid cash, still no plates and title, it is now April 2019. Filed a complaint with BBB, Joel doesn't respond to BBB so case is closed within 24 hrs. What good is BBB if they close a case because the dealership doesn't respond! Plus he has you sign an arbitration agreement when you buy so you can't sue. Filed a complaint with TXDVM 6 months later I find out he has done this to numerous people but they can't even help me get my title and plates. He is rude and unhelpfully in every aspect. The only answer he will give you is "I don't know" How do you do business when you do t know a damn thing? Lesson learned I guess. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
