Phone service is very poor and staff shortage is not a good excuse. System could be set up to provide better service with today's technology. I still do not know how to get a new ID card without risk of driving 100 miles to be told closed.

It does open at 0700 but i highly recommend to be there at 0600 sit down pn tje bench closest to the door and wait and when they walk up get right behind that person and walk straight in and sign or qait to sign...what ever they tell you!

The Welcome Center opens at 0700 Mon-Fri. No appointments I recommend being there at least 0630

You need to be at or before 0700 to wright your name on a list. If your name is not on the list, the NCOIC not the civilian will tell you to come back the next day when is actually closed because of systems maintenance
