Adrienne (Service Department) had GREAT customer service during my appointment that was scheduled for an oil change. I will definitely schedule future services at the Gulf Freeway location as well as sharing to others my experiences of purchase & service. Well initially the experience started off pretty good. Ryan the salesman did a good job of showing me the 2017 mustang GT. The car was said to have a bad torque converter but I was told the part had been ordered. We test drove the car everything seemed good except for the slight shudder in th transmission. You could tell something was wrong but I was told the part was ordered to fix it already. Mind you I'm buying this car with my daughter as it being her first purchase she needed a cosigner. Got the paperwork done car bought and they're gonna call us when it's ready. This all takes place on Thursday the 13th. We go home and wait till the 24th. Having not heard anything yet I give them a call to see what's up. I talk to Ryan and says let me talk to the service department I'll call you back. He finally text back and says if they have all the parts in it could be ready tomorrow the 25th. So we wait till around 2:00pm on the 25th and my daughter calls to check on it. No one answers her call. Then around 3:00pm someone calls her and says the part is on national backorder they can get it. Then they say I'll ask the tech if it will be ok to drive until they get the part but no one calls back. I start calling trying to find out what is going on. No one answers or returns my calls. As of now at 11:01 pm on the 26th I still have gotten no one to answer or return a call. I have left messages for 2 different service reps. I have tried to talk to the service manager twice now and have left him a voice mail explaining my discontent. At this point if someone doesn't answer or call me back tomorrow I will have drive 3 hours for a face to face which will not be pleasant. I just want to know what is being done to resolve the problem!

This place has the most horrible customer service ever had an any ford dealer they they sale you extended warranties, and the time you need to use it they take forever, people its rude they wont answer your call ignore you in person never got my issue fix, please dont trust this place or anything the promise you. the lost a very good customer.

I purchased a vehicle from there and it had terrible experience with them. I purchased in a 5-year extended warranty plan. Brought the truck in for some front end alignment oil change tire rotation and sat there for a solid month and all they got done with tire rotation and oil change and never addressed the front end. They told me that it was too much work and too much hassle although it still was covered under warranty and for me to take it elsewhere and this is now become a corporate matter
