I been living at the madison for two years now and When i went and asked for a resurface and new blinds they did it without questions asked! Other places ive lived charged me to get new blinds and didnt want to do a tub resurface Thanks to Jessica the manager for her bubbly awesome personality she makes living here very comfortable.

Thank you... I asked 10 residents prior to the 4th of July and all said... No HOT water... 1 resident said (2years) he had never had HOT water. And all said management had been advised .. Yes mold is in my apartment too... Yet to be addressed.
I have been here 3 weeks and the water is not hot.. Not sanitary.. A true health concern
