Yes you can visit a soldier; however, in order to enter the base you must either have a military ID (service member/spouse/dependent), or you must be escorted by someone who does. You can have your soldier meet you at the gate so they can escort you in, I hope that helps.

In reference to the previous answer, if you are escorted on by your military member, you must remain with them at all times. They are soley responsible for you. They must escort you back off the instillation. Make sure you have a valid driver's license, current registration and insurance or you will be denied entry.
