I'd say don't go super casual. Epi's is a romantic and quaint restaurant popular for special dates and occasions such as anniversaries. So I wouldn't wear cargo shorts or T-shirts. I suggest button shirt and nice jeans or slacks for men regardless of your reason for dining there.
