Made an appointment, got a confirmation email the night before. I show up, salon empty, note on the door saying don’t enter with information for a restoration company. The number on their door, website and appointment confirmation no longer in service. Huge waste of my time, needed coloring done for a wedding, I booked this appointment weeks ago no everywhere else is booked. What a joke!

Don’t pay $140 for someone to tone your hair and make you feel stupid while they do it…. The stylists here lack basic costumer service skills and are poor hair colorists. Ive been getting balayage high lights for ten years, and I know it is possible to get a nice feathered line instead of a harsh line with out rooting my highlights with a darker color. The color fades after two weeks and then everyone can see your lazy work underneath. The women are lazy stylists and I’m never coming back to this place.

Right away it felt welcoming, beautiful salon. I had Hannah and she made me feel super comfortable and did a great job on my hair that I haven cut in 2years! Will for sure come back!

I don't know. You will need to call the Processing Bar and talk to one of the girls that work there.
Typically around $40 for wash, cut, and style I think. I recommend Justine, she is wonderful!
