No, they can not enter. As JP said ariba, dogs can scare birds.
No dogs allowed as they can scare the birds...I asked when we had our dog with us and was told dogs were not allowed unless a service dog.
I'd say no. Depending on the size and type of dog, your dog may be seen as prey by some of the birds.
