Top notch gym. They will run you into the ground and accept ages 8 to 34. Be prepared to work hard but if it was easy they'd call it football.

Do you have to have a trainer to come there or can you just come in and pay monthly fees and workout?

Its a boxing club , it has a yearly registration of 150 dollars but if registered you are expected to train and compete in matches . there is a two week trail to see if it is for you .
