Not clear what you're asking. Are you referring to MyVegas rewards? Or are you referring to comp points? I've used both. If it's myVegas reward just go to the M Life desk and tell them that you have a reward that you would like to add to your card. If you are using comp dollars most MLife property restaurants will accept your points by swiping your card. They can also be used for spa services and towards your hotel stay.

The M Life card has rewards for making purchases on the mgm and related properties. Make sure you keep your receipts especially if you are not familiar with the different hotels. You will receive points that issue discounts. If you like shows or you like shopping discounts helps. When you Ballin on a budget it helps.

They just use your points or rewards that you earned in Vegas. Not from other states. You can also use your tier points on some of the older slot machines. They will convert to money.
It's the same as mirage you can use m life points accumulated from pervious visits and also my vegas points from online games. I have redeemed both with no problems
