Very rude customer service

The experience was fine. The fact that it is a courthouse is what keeps it at 3.

I've been calling for the past two days and I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone. You get put on hold until the next available representative but no one ever comes through. I sat on the phone for 2 hours and no one got with me. I'm trying to avoid going to jail but I can't get no one on the phone

I believe it was 30 days but not mandatory.?
Its the courts you owe and depends which court and what tickets and you can go in at any time before the court date on the citation and take a number and when you get to the window you decide if you want to pay the ticket outright or if you want to see a judge they give you options if there are availability for same day or not ..then you take elevator to that court room and the judge sees you in and out the door within the hour and you can make payment arrangements or get a goal set on items you may need to produce and return court dates and if a warrant was issued you can also recieve the clearance letter there for the dmv to un suspend your license.
Not shure f@m. Hope u gots it t@ken c@RE uf
You can but it must be silenced when you go in the court room.
Log on to their website and look yourself up. It will tell you
They will make her come in and get on thr court calendar to see the judge to squash her warrent. If she goes in with the warrant money they will squash her warrant, but she will have to finish whatever sentence she had ordered. If she didnt complete her court ordered sentence.
You MUST go to the court that your citation is through, Municipal or Justice Traffic Court, pull a ticket for general public at the Court Clerk area. When your number is called, go the the Window number that has the same number above it. At the window the Clerk will all you your name & date of birth, citation number, or ask for your identification. After they pull your information up in the computer, or maybe before... At this point you still have options. If you do not have the money to make your payment, ask for a "ONE" time extension and the Clerk if you have not asked before will usually authorize the extension and your out the door on your way... However if that is not an option for you AND your circumstances, then continue on with the next step.Tell the Court Clerk you would like to be seen by either (Municipal) Court Magistrate or (Justice) a Court Judge, REMEMBER BE COURTEOUS THE COURT CLERK CAN NOTE THE COMPUTER MAKING YOUR DAY MISERABLE. Ask the court to help your situation
My first advice is to get insurance for the car and bring proof. Try to pay the total fine when you go to the window. This will depend on the Judge if would like to see you but be positive and nothing bad will happen. Wish you the best.
I agree
So I have any warrants. Emmett white
Not sure
They told me to bring cash. They also told me there was a 4 dollar service charge. So make sure to account for that. Even if you pay it online the 4 dollars is charged.
If what your saying is all that happened and exactly how it happened and this is his first court date and hasn't missed any then its very boubtful he will be put back in jail unless he has prior offenses that hasn't been resolved if that's the case It could get a little more complicated. The more likely outcome is he will plead either guilty or no contest to the crime and depending on the judge, he will get a fine possibly anger management classes and a stay order ( which means that he has to stay out of any and all kinds of trouble for however long the agreed upon amount of time is. P.S. If by some miracle hw does go to jail you can always hit ku up and ill take you out and take care of ya because you are beautiful 😍 lol
I guess your warrants are in another state. And you are here for CES. And you are registering as a visitor. Metro loves their power and enjoy exercising it. The legislative branch passed a law so no more arrest just for a traffic violation or most traffic warrants . But yours are out of state. So I bet they haul you in and see if the other state wants to haul you back. They like house arrests now a days. But who know what they will do with you. But I expect they will hold you and ask the other state.
Go talk to judge and ask if you can do community service hours to work it off instead.
What is the charge
You should get an attorney to help with your ticket.
Most court dates starts at 8:00
Golden Nugget
Dmv is currently closed they are going to open for emergencies soon you can call the dmv hearing department to try to get your license back my friend did 3 days ago and got hers back until your hearing
Yes you need to call his or her office to make arrangements.
Only places to check is the desk or the ticket you got from the officer. If so you must show up.
Call the court you should be able to pay it over the phone
Call the court payment department you may be surprised what they are able or willing to do or work out a better solution with you over the phone, just be very polite when you call and the representative will be more willing to use any flexibility they are given to try to resolve the issues with you. A friendly chat and getting in touch with the courts will show you're attempting to do the right thing and it may make a difference to the phone representative and you'll be able to get the exact total and any possible options.
I'm pretty sure you can call and as long as it's fairly routine type of traffic citation you can get an postponment or extension one time. But that's my best guess with my prior experience. If you call and work with them before it's too late they are more likely to work with you.
Parking meters around the building or the red parking garage on LV Blvd and carson. Either way, expect to pay for parking.
Contact them..
You have to call the public defenders office.
Yes and then you will have to see a judge!
What site are you on? Justice Court or Municipal Court website? Sometimes when the courts are running a backup (or something like that) of the website goes down for a few hours. At least that is what I believe is what your problem may be. If it is Municipal Court and you cannot log in usually that means you no longer have a payment because the citation has been paid off. If you don't think that this is the issue, might be best to call the court if you have waited to the last day to make your payment and do not wish to go into warrant (if you think you actually have a citation still). Or you can try again in a couple of hours and see if the site is back up and running.
Go to the dmv website and request a title if you meet the requirements you can get it
Call up there and set it up.
Yes. I believe the clerk's office or the judges clerk should be your best bet. Barely-educated guess
You file a motion with the court clerk, unless it is in traffic then go to the windows in the traffic division and request a time to be seen (usually that day). However, if you have an attorney you need to have your attorney file the "Motion to Place on Calendar" as the court will not accept any documentation submitted by you without your attorney.
Call them up with a credit or debit card. Good luck!
Yes
As long as you are not in warrant and it's only a citation call and they are very flexible.
I don't know. Call the court house.
No it shouldnt cost because it is public record
Sounds good!!! Call and keep checkong!! They mess up!
The self help center on the ground floor of the court house can assist you. You file all the paperwork on the 2nd floor justice court clerk's windows.
Dk
Call them. The phone service is super accondating. If it can be resolved over the phone they will help you. If not they will advise you on what to do. Worth the wait, if any.
You may have to Google that!
Yes, the Municipal Court House would be the place to go for a divorce. An attorney may not be necessary and cost a fortune if no one will contest the divorce. If kids are involved be adults, u dont want the court that involved in your life. Before fighting in court do a favor for all involved and try mediation first.
It means your plea is to not contest the charge, it's correct terminology is "plea nolo contendere"
No contact the constables office. Very inexpensive!!
Website
Online or call. The voicelime is full service!! Very helpful!
Ikd
No, that is when your next scheduled court date is. Generally that return date is after the fines, classes, or what ever, are supposed to be completed. You are returning to show the court your completed, or a progress check.
200 Lewis Ave 89101
1 block south is s pay by the hour high pay parking lot. 25cents per 15 min.
You can do almost anything over the phone.....you may have to wait to get through. Phone service is very helpful. If they can do they will.
It took 3 weeks to get in the system for me. You should call in the AM. Most of the stuff you can do there you can do on the phone....easier $ for the system.
You would need to file your divorce in the county and state that you and your wife last resided in together the last 6 months you lived together as husband and wife. The state you got married in has no bearing on where you file for divorce.
Yes!
If you payed the full cash bail. You get that bxk once you go to court and get the case handled. If you did the 15% through a bail bonds, that is definitely gone!
I believe you must appear before the judge to get an extension.
Go online to the specific jurisdiction (justice court or municipal court) & within that system you can search by case number or last name & find out. You can also call that jurisdiction & find out.
You must pay on or before the stated date or it goes into warrant almost immediately.
