Call the court payment department you may be surprised what they are able or willing to do or work out a better solution with you over the phone, just be very polite when you call and the representative will be more willing to use any flexibility they are given to try to resolve the issues with you. A friendly chat and getting in touch with the courts will show you're attempting to do the right thing and it may make a difference to the phone representative and you'll be able to get the exact total and any possible options.
Call the court and they will tell you the exact amount. It also depends on which court you have a warrant in. The bail amount is usually your fine plus any warrant fees. But when you call the court, you don't always have to pay the full amount up front (depending on the type of case it is). The amount you have to pay the court is the same as what you pay if you are arrested.
Yes you have to pay both.
