You better buy your stuff and get the hell out of the parking lot!!!! Or they’ll have you towed. They have a guy walking around writing down your license plate as soon as you pull in. I watched as they’re dragging cars still in Park to get them out, which is bad for the transmissions. The tow truck drivers Jose told me he could as he wanted to the cars. I watched this poor family beg for them not to tow their car, as they explained to them how their child had cancer and just wanted to see fire works in Vegas. The I’m guessing acting manager said “we don’t care that your kid has cancer!” Buy your stuff and leave. I was appalled I tried to return my $128 worth of junk my wife and kids wanted, but they refused my returns and said I could only exchange my items. Which by the way the posted signs in the parking lot read “customer parking only”. I asked as they were trying to tow my car, what does that mean? Previous, currant or past customer?
