How come the store managers are usually so nasty about ANYTHING? Like questions, returns most subjects it's like you're asking them to do something bizarre.

They are especially nasty and rude at the hikes lane store. They had 1 of the employees come up and tell me that they don't want my business there anymore. Because I had to return a torque wrench 2 times in 2 days. And I still bought another one even after having to do the returns...While I was paying for it. That's when they came up and told me that. It was embarrassing and so freaking rude... And I spend alot of money at harbor freight too. Because I run an automotive repair business...so lots of tools are needed. My business is the kind of business that keeps harbor freight open and doing business at all...

I've never had a problem with the store managers especially if the store in hillview

O wow that's terrible the people at hillview are always so nice and helpful only ever had one issue and it was confusion on my part i think lol didnt Kno exactly how the warranty worked haha 😂 but they r always super nice and helpful there dnk about other locations
