Our installation began on Sept 17 and is still unfinished on Oct 25. The windows are not the correct size. The first installers left the partially installed windows without trim inside and out, broke a mullion on a door and the trim is wrong color. We have called for help from Anthony, Aaron and Heather. No action taken by this group to correct our situation.

I signed a contract with this company in February of 2021. It took them until September to install the (incorrect) windows. It's has been over a year since they told me to their plan to make the corrections but I have yet to hear from them.

Less than 8 years later, one of my windows broke for no reason. I contacted the company, and 2 1/2 months later, I still can't get an answer on how to get this window repaired. UPDATE: I was notified that the window was finally approved. It is supposed to be shipped late June and installed on July 5th. I guess there was some turnover, and my case somehow fell through the cracks, no pun intended. LATEST UPDATE 8/30/22. I keep getting pushed back further and further back. They kept on rescheduling and rescheduling to the point I've heard nothing in about 6 weeks. Back to GROUND ZERO. It is frustrating as a homeowner who is only asking for one measly window to be replaced. LATEST UPDATE 09/09/22. Still no progress on this issue. First I found out that the window came in, and they didn't contact me. When I contacted them, I was told by their service department that they would work with the paint/staining crew, and call me on Friday 9/2. That didn't happen, and a week later I know nothing more. The owner told me 2 months ago they would work with me. UPDATE 9/12/22. While this issue has gone on for a longer period of time than it should have, the service manager contacted me today and was very apologetic. They have put me on the schedule for this week. Hopefully they will get me taken care of and my faith in this company can be restored.
