Every day. The maple cream pie recipe was in Gourmet magazine years ago - and is still a stand out. The Blueberry Sour Cream pie is another favorite of mine, although generally I like any fruit pie. Also, when they have it, the Kentucky Derby Pudding is an excellent dessert - ground walnuts and a brownie-like chocolate with brandy. Excellent.
