Miriam, thanks so much for reaching out! It means a lot to us to know you haven't forgotten about us, and we promise it will be worth the wait! It has been quite the journey and learning curve! As new owners of the market, we were unaware of just how much updating had to be done. It seems like every time we thought we had it all covered there was another issue looming behind us! Apologies for the opening date being changed so many times. We made the hard decision to go ahead and replace the entire walk in cooler framing, insulation, and all. That being said, the cooler is now brand new! Also, we re-floored the market with wood we salvaged from Calais town hall's 185 year old spruce flooring, (which looks incredible!) I promise the wait will be worth it, we really want to start this venture off on the right foot and re-open with a cleaner, more open feeling.
