It was so good the first time we visited, that we had to come back 🤤 If there were 5+ rates here, I would definitely use it! It's over 100 years old and I wish another >100 years for them!!! Laurie (server) was so extremely nice and pleasant to talk to! The food was so delicious, most of the items are made in house and the most important - from scratch.

Quick friendly service! Large portion size and very reasonably priced! If you’re getting an oil change at the Chevy dealership or point S it’s just a quick walk down the road. Great way to kill some time. I will definitely be back!

Now the ONLY we could find a place to eat in the town of Montpelier VT was this place. Amazing food and great price to boot. We had the special of the day which was chicken pot pie (which was super Loaded with chicken (and tasted almost like WillowTree Pie like we use to have back in MA). Came with creamy chicken vegetable soup, homemade biscuit (on top of the pie), onion rings and I opted for garlic Parmesan broccoli as my second side. Also came with fresh baked rolls which we thought home with alot for leftovers. Don’t know how they make an profit. The staff is super friendly

Extremely good value, delicious food - the maple cream pie is excellent! We were served by April and were so impressed by her service. She was kind, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!
