Call greyhound in Dallas not the customer service number. But the head quarters direct if you get no where from the station manager who will properly tell you to call Dallas anyway. The refund will take a while. If you paid by credit card dispute the charge.

My problem with Cinci was that when I went to the restroom the urinals were all clogged so I started looking through the stalls and in the first 4 I checked had beer cans and vomit EVERYWHERE. This is what I expected to see at my 6hr wait in Atlanta but Atlanta was clean even though it was crowded.
Normally when a passenger buses held up like that and you miss your connecting bus, you need to make sure you go to the ticket office and demand a voucher for a Future ride or discount pass, if you do not receive it then call Greyhound headquarters
