My daughter had to reschedule and it was too close to her departure date, so no refund.
Yes you have to go on the internet to get it done but it's only half the refund back
Breakdown was with my bus. Entire schedule went haywire. No one from Greyhound station was of help..
It depends on your ticket. If you bought a flex ticket then yes... Otherwise... I don't think so.
I doubt it my 2 year old got my phone while I was looking at prices and they wouldn't refund my money
