Is it typically your practice to price gouge and prevaricate on service requests with customers who get the extended service and warranty for $1,900 on top of the $700 maintenance plan? You tried to charge me $500 for a $40 USB port that broke.

I've had them charge me for a tire rotation wich they never did, that right there told me that it wasn't a trustworthy place to have my VW serviced there.

It's ridiculous, and it extremely petty especially since I paid extra $2,600 for extended service and warranty. They charged me $100+ for tire rotation on the last service call. Now they tried to charge $500 for a USB port that should be under warranty. This is price gouging behavior with someone who's been a reasonable paying customer for the past 2+ years. Why would any one want to spend any money here? I feel extremely disappointed and cheated.
