Overall experience was great and quick. Sales manager Maggie supported in all way and made our purchase very efficient and friendly. Finance process was smooth too with Volkswagen program for foreign people. Quite a hassle free process and I will highly recommend Volkswagen and Evanston dealership to all new buyers !! Just one recommendation which we felt was missing and can make the overall experience more memorable the final car delivery experience with photo in the delivery area or sort of bell ringing!!

Ian was fantastic. He really worked with us and would not take no for an answer (in the best way). He made the process super fun & enjoyable. Even my time in the finance office with Alex (I believe that was his name), was fun an enjoyable. They made a long day of paperwork & waiting feel not so long and daunting. Ian has reached out several times since I bought the car to see if I have any questions. I will definitely come back to VW Evanston again in the future.

I've had them charge me for a tire rotation wich they never did, that right there told me that it wasn't a trustworthy place to have my VW serviced there.
Yes. Because the financing is how dealerships make any money on most cars. I've heard this all over the country.
Yup they don’t return calls when they owe you money. I’ve been paying interest to VW Credit for MONTHS on money they should have been refunded. They don’t return calls. When it’s time to buy my next car, I’ll go somewhere else
