So is it your store policy to close the lobby before lobby hours are closed? Is it also your policy to be selectively rude? I am very dissatisfied with how your night staff functions at this location. That is NOT how to treat customers.!

I go there for take out about every month or two. The service has always been pretty good until last time. The manager at that time was rude, and as every place not only restaurants, the boss sets the tone. Not only was she rude, she was very disorganized. The person in front of ne ordered extra crispy, the manager said the didn't have any and it would 20 minutes. When the customer told her that was ridiculous, sh shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

Yes they are very rude and chicken is not even that good
