I was inside thinking I would get better understanding of what I wanted to order for my family and I got was a rude awaken so I took my family of 5 to pop eyes and go greetings and acceptable services I think I'm dropping the KFC at least this location

Look at the floors , this location is nasty . One of the mangers is actually racist . Popeyes have my business from now on

You don't say whether you were in line at drive-through or inside, but either way your experience seems out of normal for that location. I've eaten there 4 or 5 times and always received prompt, courteous service. Good comfort food, very reasonably priced.
