Great service!! This location needs to train the location up the road in E Amherst. It's a little further drive, but worth it. Good food too. Also the manager stepped in as they were busy and was very patient and kind while also explaining what would be a better deal for us.

After them telling me they lost a drive through order, I find long curled blonde hair in my food!! Never again! I don’t eat kfc all like that now this just screwed it all up for me

The transit road location employees cannot not count. The last 3 times when I have ordered a family bucket only to find miscounted pieces in the bucket. So now when I order I ask for an additional empty bucket to actually count the pieces at the counter. Ridiculous! Also this review would let me give it less then 3 stars. So my rating is 2 star.

Augh. We tried the Beyond Chicken meal. Over $30 for what basically seemed like chicken nuggets, small fries and medium drink. And honestly it didn't taste that great. Won't go there again. Should have ordered Taco Bell instead.
