Well it was a painless experience in the drive-thru.. the food has gone down hill a bit but we ate it 😋 so it can't be that bad lol .. I was surprised that due to the way they packed the food up it was still really hot when I arrived home 15 minutes later 🙃

I would give it a zero if I could.. ordered a breast and wing 2 piece and a classic chicken sand w/o pickles + sm mac and cheese. First time thru, we got breast and thigh with ff, nothing else. 2nd time thru, find out they gave us the wrong order, and give us the right bag. My sand had ex pickles.. we won't be going again.

They REFUSE TO PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!! and SCREEN AND IGNORE THERE CALLS AFTER HAVING THEM WORK TWO WHOLE SHIFTS !!! BAD BUSINESS AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. KIMBERLY HAS YET TO REACH OUT ABOUT AN EMPLOYEES PAYCHECK !!!!! IT IS SAD AND RUDE

Ordered 8 piece fill up. Recieved 1 beast, 1 thigh, 3 drumsticks and 3 wings. Should have been 2 if each. Also ordered 1 mashed potato, 1 mac and cheese and 1 coleslaw. Recieved 2 mashed potato but no coleslaw. Did not notice until we were home. Check your order before you leave!!!

I was inside thinking I would get better understanding of what I wanted to order for my family and I got was a rude awaken so I took my family of 5 to pop eyes and go greetings and acceptable services I think I'm dropping the KFC at least this location

So is it your store policy to close the lobby before lobby hours are closed? Is it also your policy to be selectively rude? I am very dissatisfied with how your night staff functions at this location. That is NOT how to treat customers.!

I go there for take out about every month or two. The service has always been pretty good until last time. The manager at that time was rude, and as every place not only restaurants, the boss sets the tone. Not only was she rude, she was very disorganized. The person in front of ne ordered extra crispy, the manager said the didn't have any and it would 20 minutes. When the customer told her that was ridiculous, sh shrugged her shoulders and walked away.
