That’s Bull. You can’t call the terminal in Munster!! You can call the 800 number and get someone in a foreign country who will pretend to put you on hold then hang up!
Definitely, just call the terminal in munster and let them know you want to pick it up and they'll throw a "hold at location" status on it and boom,.. Your for the picking up. 👌
