Please cancel my apot on wed at 10 with the dr in Olympia fields I saw this dr 3 times he knows and see that im in pain . He saw my MRI and shot records. I made a appt with him for pain medication or injection what ever I need to stop the pain. He see me for 3 minutes tell me I cant get medication or treatment then the visit over then I get a bill.just highway robbery at it's best Shy
