I hate to post negative reviews but unfortunately this has happened before. I get an email saying my package was delivered but it's not there. Now I live in an apartment and it's not that difficult to make sure it at least gets inside the building even if it doesn't make it to my door. So because of their laziness someone gets to walk off with my package that I paid my hard earned money for🤬. I suggest these delivery drivers put themselves in our shoes next time they decide to be trifling and not do their job correctly.

three times this service will get a below average rating for their horrible customer service and lack of being able to deliver packages on the dates their website says it will be delivered by...never again will I buy an item from anywhere if this is the delivery service they use!! and when the incompetent drivers who throw packages on the porch and or deliver to the wrong place...you get an oh well not our problem...

Twice now they have said they delivered my package...1st time at my garage, which is fifty feet from my house and the second time they said it was left it on my front porch.I received neither delivery...who do you people have working for you?

Everyone same thing happened to me they are stealing says my package was delivered on December 26. I was home and have cameras. Nothing
The number is: 1-800-NOLUCK Don’t waste your time. It’s useless. Best case scenario you get someone in the Philippines or India who will pretend to put you on hold and cut you off.

I'm having same problem. Every day pkg is on delivery truck and end of day it's back at terminal. I called and of course spoke to someone that I can't understand. If not delivered by Monday I'm cancelling my orders. Will never order from Walmart again as long as they use FedEx
It’s impossible to get ahold of them! Even if you physically go there. My “express delivery” was supposed to be here today. It’s still on a truck 2 states away and I am told tomorrow will be soonest delivery. I had the shipper change the instructions for me to pick up at the Munster FedEx facility. Fed-ex is telling me that’s impossible! If the package is going to be there and I have my ID, give it to me! Fed-ex sucks. It’s USPS or UPS for now on.
That’s Bull. You can’t call the terminal in Munster!! You can call the 800 number and get someone in a foreign country who will pretend to put you on hold then hang up!
8pm. Until Xmas eve After regular hrs 5pm
Take package to Walgreens. Fed-ex express will then pick it up and deliver.
The latest I've received a delivery was 8pm
