No. You will have to call in for an appointment and get a ‘Infopass’ of sorts and they will give you a time and date to go in. You cannot arrive over 15 min before your appointment else you will be made to wait outside the main doors.
Does oath ceremony take place on the same day as your naturalization interview ?
No. I am a USCIS officer in the Chicago office and can assure you that you'd have to make an InfoPas appointment. The good new is that the Chicago Field office is pretty fast in helping you arrange one.
