If the container does no have the NYS $0.05 redemption marker then unfortunately we do not take them. If you have curbside or a municipal drop-off with your regular trash run, it's best to leave them there.
Only accept items which a NYS deposit is marked on the container. Many containers may not be redeemable as they are not covered under the NYS bottle bill. Items that are not marked with NY 5 cents deposit can not be redeemed for money since a deposit was never paid in exchange for the container. Redemption Centers often get confused with Recycle Centers.
I took back lots of stuff I think the arizona tea wasn't deposit they out in another bin i.e. no $.05 on those . I tried to sort good but kids ya know
