Friendly staff and very good service. My kids enjoyed the ride and it was their first train ride. I would highly recommend to buy the tickets at the station as you get to see the electric model trains. It may be blast from the past but my kids were very interested to learn!

Yes. You can make a reservation online at their website and take the confirmation with you to exchange for tickets there, as well. 🙂 Make sure you check the website first for dates the train runs.
