If the container does no have the NYS $0.05 redemption marker then unfortunately we do not take them. If you have curbside or a municipal drop-off with your regular trash run, it's best to leave them there.

There has been no change in deposit charge or refund. Attendants will remove non deposit items while running your order that many are not aware of. If you feel there has been a mistake just ask an attendant to explain your receipt. Can bottle return prides itself on accuracy and consistency to ensure every customer receives their full refund. Usually if people feel like they're shorted money it's a misunderstanding of the numbers on the receipt which is only a communication between counting attendant and the cashier. always feel free to ask any questions or concerns before cashing out.

No, glass only. The degree of separation speeds the process however the only true separation we require is that glass be in cases or placed in containers we provide.
