Well it's sad ...... Some shops think that woman don't know anything about their vehicle...... And don't have a family member or Frend that is a mechanic to look over the car or SUV and let you know whait might need..... But there are some shops that don't make any money...... So they rip off all who stop in...... Not just woman .... your best bet is to all ways get a second opinion or more..... Just like if you go the doctor office ..... Your going to make sure what they say is true...... Good luck & do your homework.......
I did my research and presented competitor pricing, which they honored. Women are ripped off when they don't do research and ask questions.
I think their rates mat be high in general. Try Pep Boys.
