After like 8 PM there are no cashiers, and you are left to fight, and lose, to the automatic scanning Machines, that fail every 4th item. Horrible service , I hate it here.

The pickup process wasn’t smooth. At the beginning of the day, we received an email that said our “order was out for delivery,” which isn’t what we ordered. After calling customer services, they said that was an error and it’s still for pickup. When picking up, we first found the sign for pickup parking that most Giant stores have, and called the number—the person didn’t ask for any order info and said someone would “be there soon.” No usual confirmation text. After calling back, another person told me to “go into the green lockers up front,” which I figured are the usual self-pickup lockers. It was opened already, but while grabbing our order, an employee came out telling us repeatedly to not go in there. They didn’t bother to confirm our order number after that, anyway, so it felt ironic, in terms of product safety. We still had to unpack our own groceries after that. We also weren’t given a receipt. It seems like this Giant is not super well trained on pickup orders. I would recommend removing the signage for pickup parking if it’s no longer relevant, and confirming over the phone with customers that someone will assist you at the lockers.

Have trouble finding most things before and after COVID, particularly vegan food. Many of the things I buy one week are gone the next. Also the self checkout system is slow, unreliable, and difficult to use your own bags. Whole Foods nearby if it weren't so expensive is so much better.

My favorite cat litter on sale $7.99 (reg &9.99) okocat (natural and healthy) Still low on cat food (Friskies) are other stores.NO FRISKIES INDOOR DRY FOOD. Also glad to see they have this Brand of Plant-Base items (Crab Cakes-8 sm per box and Fish cakes- 2 per box, these are good and $5.99 a box). These are located in the area freezer where they keep Frozen box fish products.
