We have gone to this Firestone locations previously. Unfortunately, we failed to check reviews before dropping it off on July 1. We explained from the start that we needed our car so, if after it was diagnosed, it couldn't get fixed over the weekend no problem, we'd bring it back. They promised it would be done Sunday....then on Sunday they promised Tuesday. Today, July 5, they tell us its not done - will take another few days at least. How did they not know how long a repair would take when it was diagnosed on July 2? We spent money on ubers for 4 days while our car was held hostage. They were kind enough to return it unrepaired at no charge. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation and go to a place that is better managed.

Leaving a review because after I read the mixed bag that came before me, I was a little worried. I called the day before to make sure my appointment was confirmed, and it was. I showed up about 15 minutes early and my work was completed in about 90 minutes (I waited in the lobby, and watched Drew Barrymore on TV). Got my new tires and went on my way! I've since driven 200 miles without complaint. Takeaways! Make sure your appointment is confirmed. I bet if you want it done faster, you should wait. Otherwise, it was a pretty good experience. This place has really gone down hill. I have come to this Firestone for years and have watched the degradation. Your appointments mean nothing, over the phone they try to accommodate, but in person they ask for favors to wait over 4 hrs, or drop your car off. Seems like they are always short or backed up. They get a sigh of relief when a customer cancels in person because they cannot honor customer appointments. I believe I've had my last shot with these guys. I Will be taking my business elsewhere. The reason I gave 2 stars is because they've given me the ambition to learn how to do these car things myself so I no longer have to bother these ppl.

I have used this Firestone fairly frequently in the past 2+ years because I got 4 new tires there in 2019 and have returned with tire issues because of the warranty. I have been a bit frustrated in the past with long wait times and poor communication, but nothing like my most recent, and final, experience there. I called about replacing a flat tire (I had the donut spare on the car) and the employee said they would have to order the tire. He said the tire should be in by 1 pm the next day. I made an appointment for the next day at 3 pm because he said it was the latest available appointment. Since I normally work until 3:30, I had to leave work 1.5 hours early to ensure getting to Firestone on time. I arrive there on time and and he tells me he needs to check that the tire came in, and it hadn’t! This is not acceptable. Either they need to be sure they have the tire that a customer made the appointment for, and call the customer to cancel if the tire does not come in, or ask the customer to call before they come in to be sure that the tire has arrived. It is not acceptable to allow a customer to rearrange their day and use vacation time to come in for a tire change and then not have their tire. On top of this, the employee was unprofessional and rude, which I will not get into except to say that’s the last time I go to Firestone. No tire warranty is worth this.
