That is true they can't also you should know the geese at the park are not domesticated they are wild geese that are there only because people feed them

I've never seen any kayaks out there but I do see people out there with those little sailboats remote control and RC cars but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to if you'd have to check in with your local parks and recreation
