How is the skunk population? I don't like skunk filled parks so an accurate answer would greatly be appreciated.

Been going to the park for 35 years. Never had the pleasure of running into a skunk. What you got against skunks. There just a cute little striped kitty with a perfume bottle. Lol.

I agree with Britta. I've only seen them near the creek around dusk. They aren't near the walkway/bike trail.

Over by the creek you'll find some skunks other than that you probably won't see any

I never see anything but big birds and ducks.

Speaking from personal experience, in the summer, I came across several near the water.

I walk my dog in the park several times a week since i moved to Wichita in 2011. Never run into a skunk.

I dont usually go late so I honestly don't know what its like in the dark but in the day you usually don't see them.
