Okay, called and inquired about setting up my guitar. The guy who answered, I think it was an Anthony, wasn’t very knowledgeable about what the setups entailed and didn’t seem to be focused on the call all that much and was distracted. He just said they have different packages but couldn’t seem to give details out side of “polishing the pickups he thinks”. He didn’t ask if I wanted to speak with the guy who actually does the set ups and he just suggested I bring it in. Based off that guy alone I don’t think I’ll be trusting my instruments to them. Sorry. Definitely don’t let that guy answer the phone again.

Curbside pickup is a joke. After 15 minutes nobody came out after checking in with the "I've arrived" button. Messaging in that application is also pointless as it goes ignored.

The customer service is great! They are very knowledgeable about instruments and figuring out your needs. I was able to get an amplifier for my electric guitar and it was an incredible deal. Thank you Guitar Center!

I was in there a couple weeks ago and someone was playing the drums, so I'm going to guess yes.
They may be able to point you to someone who can if they cant.
They will generally buy most music equipment but you might get a better price for it on Facebook marketplace or craigslist.
Absolutely! Great team there and will do up your guitar nicely.
Must wear a mask covering your nose as well. They keep chemicals at counter to use on your hands.
Yes, you can, but they are only allowing a limited number of people in the store and masks are required.
Depends on them, if they want to trade or how much they will trade it as
If I'm not mistaken they do if you have any questions feel to ask just because I'm a customer doesn't mean I don't know what they sell
They range in all sorts of prices depending on your playing skill. I played for 3 years and got a Scherl and Roth for around 300 and it played beautiful. All of their gear and prices are listed on guitarcenter.com
You do realize you are asking other customers not the company right?
Hello! They do not at this location nor do they online. You can find the instrument itself here which some new ones do come with a basic care kit, but sadly nothing is sold separately. I'm not sure if they offer care services here.
Yes they will take it
The guitar cases run between 100 & 200 dollars depending on the level of protection you want for your guitar
I am not sure. Check guitarcenter.com for a layaway plan.
