The Lincoln store is great. Always clean and well stocked. Bakery department always has really cute holiday themed cupcakes ... also this location is 24 hours. The delivery service is top notch. Always right on time and whoever does the shopping for me has been awesome. Nothing squished or missing and text updates are good.

I’m a shopper here for work. Safely has the best checkers, the best lead team, and the best cashiers around. Their produce is top-notch, and any meet service to meet us very quick and fast. I prefer Safeway over sprouts and Raleys combine!

THIS SAFEWAY IS THE BEST IN THE AREA, LIZ THAT WORKS HERE HELPED ME OUT EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS BUSY, SHE TOOK TIME TO GET ME SOMETHING, I HAVE SPENT YEARS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIZ IS A KEY EMPLOYEE THAT HAS THAT NATURAL INSTINCT TO BE HELPFUL, SAFEWAY CEO AND MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GIVE THIS EMPLOYEE SOME RECOGNITION, when a customer names the person that helped them, revealing the personal connection was developed. It shares a personal story which adds to the credibility of the review. The ones who show how they solved a problem are even more valuable since customers tend to hope for the best and expect the worst. Being a friendly, helpful, problem solver can sometimes be more important than the actual service or product you sell! And always remember, EVERY employee who interacts with customers needs to have the same mindset, training, and support as your dedicated customer service representative.
