Well Rhonda Milburn and son sounds like you might be the only person that has an issue with this place. Do you think you might be the problem? Try minding your own business once in a while and I'm pretty sure it might be illegal to photograph or video outside your own property line so keep that in mind.

Awful little ancient place full of run down old mobiles and nasty natured people who don't want anyone else inside the hollowed walls. Absolutely no standard for living here.

Its been over a 2 MONTHS since i brought this dog problem to the manager and still its running the entire property and no action has been taken to stop the problem! Not to mention the little old lady and her dog that were attacked by this dog while running around off leash lol (keep in mind manager lives right next to the dogs owners house yet has done nothing!!!!!!) STILL NO ONE ON PEOPERTY TO ENFORCE RULES!!!! Management holds double standards twords these who expect him to do his job and has threatened to have me evicted and arrested for yelling one time when others do it daily with no action taken We have had the worst nabors for over 5 years they have had and continue to have a negative impact on community they never follow rules or respect the fact others live on property , one manager was fired for not enforcing the rules. The corporation that has owned the property since it's turned into a slum hired a manager who "knows how to deal with situation" that manager quit after one year of repeatedly being ignored by these horrible nabors, about 6 montgs ago a guy moved into the vacant trailor next door where these nabors would have there transient friends stay the corporation made him the new managers to hopefully stop the nonsense.... yet after listening to these dogs bark for 45 min straight I went out side and yelled at them like the owners do to get them quite he finally comes out to says it's not his job to go ask these people to ether bring dogs inside or sit outside with them to keep them quite because it's a rule and wasn't an issue 4 months ago until these nabors were finally forced to clean the trash up lol if it's not his job to enforce rules who's JOB IS IT?? THERE IS NO ONE ON PROPERTY TO ENFORCE RULES only in the sunset villa mobile compound I've also posted a pic of the rules on dogs there's only aloud one large bread a unit but again the manager isn't here to enforce rules

Nice community. Friendly people. Wish there was some more grass and trees, but the lack of makes it great for young kids to drive power wheels and ride roller skates.

I do hope you know that a muzzle doesn’t prevent dogs from barking it only prevents bitting.
